Mataram – The Deputy Governor of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), Hj. Indah Dhamayanti Putri, encouraged the people of West Nusa Tenggara to continue fostering brotherhood in the spirit of the 80th Indonesian Independence Day. This was conveyed by the Deputy Governor of NTB while delivering remarks at the Harmony Walk event at the NTB Ministry of Religious Affairs yard on Saturday (August 16, 2025).
The Deputy Governor of West Nusa Tenggara, familiarly known as Dae Indah, stated that the purpose of the Harmony Walk is nothing more than to foster a sense of togetherness among the people of West Nusa Tenggara. Through the Harmony Walk, we unite to reject intolerance, radicalism, and extremism.
“The aim of this event is to maintain our togetherness amidst the differences and diversity of the people of West Nusa Tenggara,” said Dae Indah.
Dae Indah continued, explaining that this event not only provides education about the beauty of differences and diversity, but also serves as a platform to remind everyone that differences are not divisive, but rather beautiful. Beauty in many colors.
“The philosophy is the rainbow, it is said that the rainbow is beautiful because it is different and has many colors,” said Dae Indah.
Come on, to all religious communities in NTB, let’s continue to provide beautiful views to be enjoyed together, of course it will be a source of pride for NTB in the eyes of the world.
